The Foundation aims to help sick children or children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
More than 30 organizations dedicated to sick children or children from disadvantaged backgrounds have benefited.
Maxime and Bruno met in 1995 at the age of 10. A long-standing friendship that continued in their journey towards their big dream. They have played against or together during their professional careers.
They are now co-host of their show Max et Bruno on RDS. Very involved in their respective cities and sharing the value of giving back, they created the Gervais-Talbot foundation in 2008.
The Gervais-Talbot Foundation will partner with the ESIM (Excellence sportive de l’île de Montréall) which will organize “The 100 Minute Challenge and the Champions Dinner”. This event will take place on September 17, 2021 in Montreal. It is a sporting activity where the participants will take part in certain sporting, cognitive and physical tests, in teams of 4 or 5 participants. The CHALLENGE is followed by the CHAMPIONS DINNER which consists of the official reception of Olympians and Paralympians upon their return from the Tokyo Games.
Maxime Talbot and Bruno Gervais were « livreur d’un jour » for Portuguese restaurant Bastos in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Their participation lead to $ 4 000 in gain for the Fondation Gervais-Talbot.
